Using bleach to strip back the colour from cardstock is an intersting way to decorate your cards. It is really inmprotant that you emboss the outline of your image first so as the image remains when the bleach is applied. I use an Aqua Painter and fill it with bleach to water at a 50:50 ratio, and keep this aqua painter specifically for bleach.
The above card is made using the bleaching technique on Sahara Sand Cardstock and Elements Of Style stamp set.The colour change is very subtle, so here is a close up and below are a few examples using various other cardstock.
This one is with Cherry Cobbler card.
This one uses Basic Grey
This one is using Baja Breeze.
Different coloued cardstock will produce slightly different results according to the dyes used to produce the colour. Do a test run on a remnant first to be certain of the results. some colours throw a grey, some throw a soft cream, some give white and some just give a pale version of the original. Give this technique a go, I am sure you will find it easy and effective.
